Durante el proceso de diseño, la unidad de tornillo de baja temperatura FRASCOLD SPA tiene plenamente en cuenta los requisitos de capacidad de funcionamiento continuo y precisión de control en condiciones de baja temperatura. A través de la integración racional del sistema, proporciona soporte de enfriamiento estable y confiable para instalaciones de almacenamiento de congelados, procesamiento a baja temperatura y aplicaciones de refrigeración industrial relacionadas. En cuanto a la configuración de energía central, la unidad está equipada con compresores de tornillo semiherméticos de reconocidas marcas nacionales e internacionales. Estos compresores presentan un diseño estructural maduro y son capaces de mantener una producción estable incluso en condiciones de funcionamiento a baja temperatura, lo que ayuda a mejorar la eficiencia general del sistema de refrigeración. Durante el funcionamiento, la vibración está bien controlada y los niveles de ruido permanecen relativamente bajos, lo que no sólo mejora el ambiente de la sala de máquinas sino que también minimiza el impacto en las áreas de trabajo circundantes. El rendimiento mecánico estable contribuye a prolongar la vida útil del compresor y reduce los requisitos de mantenimiento durante el funcionamiento a largo plazo.
A nivel de configuración del sistema, la unidad está equipada con componentes clave como un separador de aceite, un enfriador de aceite, un receptor de líquido y un economizador, lo que permite una gestión eficaz de la circulación de aceite lubricante y refrigerante. La aplicación racional del economizador ayuda a optimizar la eficiencia energética del sistema en condiciones de baja temperatura, lo que permite que la unidad mantenga un funcionamiento estable en diferentes rangos de carga.
