La unidad de baja temperatura Bitzer es un sistema de refrigeración integrado diseñado para aplicaciones de refrigeración de temperatura media-baja y baja, considerando completamente el rendimiento del sistema, la estabilidad operativa y la flexibilidad de la aplicación práctica. El diseño estructural de la unidad enfatiza la compacidad y la alta integración, reduciendo efectivamente la huella de la sala de equipos a través del diseño racional de compresores, intercambiadores de calor y componentes de control, proporcionando una mayor utilización del espacio para almacenamiento en frío, cadenas de frío de alimentos y entornos industriales de baja temperatura. Al mismo tiempo, el diseño modular simplifica el proceso de instalación en obra y facilita el mantenimiento posterior y el cuidado diario.
En términos de condiciones operativas aplicables, la unidad compresora de tornillo de baja temperatura Bitzer cubre múltiples series para temperaturas medias-altas y bajas, adaptándose a una amplia gama de temperaturas de almacenamiento y operando de manera estable en sistemas de refrigeración con temperaturas de evaporación de 10 ℃ a -40 ℃ o incluso inferiores. Esta característica permite que la unidad satisfaga de manera flexible las necesidades de instalaciones de almacenamiento en frío y congeladores de diferentes tamaños y zonas de temperatura, lo que reduce las limitaciones de selección de equipos y mejora la compatibilidad general del sistema.
El componente principal de potencia utiliza compresores de tornillo semiherméticos de reconocidas marcas nacionales e internacionales. Estos compresores demuestran una alta eficiencia energética y una excelente estabilidad mecánica durante el funcionamiento a largo plazo. Su baja vibración y control razonable del ruido contribuyen a mejorar el ambiente de la sala de equipos y extender la vida útil general de la unidad. Combinado con un diseño maduro de lubricación y enfriamiento, el compresor mantiene una producción estable incluso en condiciones de baja temperatura.
